How a session works

Tell me what we'll work on.
The intake form asks what you want help with — the more specific, the better. I read it before the call so we don't burn time on context.

We meet on Google Meet.
I'll have your intake notes pulled up. We get into the real work within the first five minutes.

Follow-up email.
Within 24 hours you'll get a short recap — what we covered, what I recommended, and a quick feedback survey. If we recorded the session, the link is in there too.
Recording is optional — and it can earn you a discount
At booking, you can opt in to letting me use anonymized clips from our session — for example, on TikTok, LinkedIn, or YouTube Shorts. If a clip from your session ships publicly, you get 50% off your next session as credit. Your face, name, company, and any private code stay private — we anonymize before anything goes out. This is opt-in, not default.

I've been building production software since 2015 — most of it for commercial real estate, lending, and other regulated industries, where getting it wrong is expensive. Full-stack engineer by training, AI-native operator by practice.
I'm not a course author. I run Galanta, a software company, and I ship real products for real clients. The opinions you'll hear in a session come from work that's in production right now — not from content made to sell you the session.
I'm offering this because the first wall is the hardest one: going from “the AI wrote me something” to “I understand what it wrote, and why.” It's faster to get past that with someone in the room. These sessions are how I help people do it.
Frequently asked questions
Reschedule up to 24 hours before the session, no charge. Inside 24 hours, the session is non-refundable, and rescheduling costs 50% of the session fee. No-shows forfeit the full fee.
